I am available to design website/web application systems from small static home pages and small-business websites to medium-sized (few hundred pages) dynamic websites and content systems.
I write as close to standards compliance code as is applicable for the current browser market. I code in XHTML or HTML4 with CSS for layout and design. Backend systems are created using PHP4 and MySQL.
